About: Andrew Fish

Environmentalist/Surfer

Andrew is dedicated to redefining what it means to be a “good surfer” - one recognized for good action as opposed to stylish turns.  For Andrew, inspiration comes from fellow surfers who leave the beach cleaner than when they arrived.  While landlocked and studying at the University of Colorado, Andrew co-founded the Boulder Surf Club and traveled with CU students to Ecuador and California on surf and community service trips.  Now residing in Boston, MA, Andrew surfs the New England coast regardless of temperature or snowfall and shares these experiences at SurfIsSwell.com.
