Andrew Higier was born and raised in Miami, Fl. Raised on the water boating, diving and wake boarding he started surfing as soon as he moved to San Diego. He is a Mechanical Engineer by training but spends his free time rock climbing, surfing and traveling. He currently lives in Singapore.
