Becky Mendoza is an action sports and entertainment attorney, founding Action Sports Law Group in 2009 and co-founding Changing Tides Foundation in 2016, where she serves as the Executive Director. She is originally from Miami, Florida, is of Cuban descent and has always had a passion for helping others. For the last 10 years she has resided in Encinitas, California and has worked with some of the best action sports athletes, photographers, filmmakers, and companies on the planet helping them obtain US work visas and reviewing and drafting contracts and addressing other legal needs. She is an avid surfer, snowboarder, hiker, cook, gardener, and environmentalist.
