3-Time World Longboard Champion

Cori experienced surfing for the first time prenatally. Her mother surfed with her until she was 8 months pregnant. She received her first surfboard when she was 5 and surfed her first contest when she was 8. Since then, she has garnered multiple national amateur shortboard titles, won three women’s world longboard championships, 2 ASP North American regional longboard championships and won an ASP women’s longboard event at Pipeline. She has a habit of disappearing from the competition scene to read, contemplate life, and go to school. She has a history of social activism and advocacy and chooses not to participate in the sponsorship dynamic. She works and resides with her wife in North County, San Diego.
