I have a keen interest in health and behaviour - currently I am studying for a PhD in Positive Psychology and Behaviour Change under Professor John Parkinson, with a specific focus on improving healthy decision-making in the general public. During my masters degree in Consumer Psychology I opened a pop-up shop selling 'ugly' fruit and vegetables, and have also partaken in several transdisciplinary programmes, working in a diverse team to solve a common goal. As a result I have been able to witness the different ways in which different fields of study interact, whilst developing my own contributions in my role as a psychologist. I have also worked as a sailing and windsurfing instructor, and am a keen surfer and runner!
