About: Soren Heil

Soren Heil is first and foremost a surfer, with an immense love for the ocean and going really fast on pieces of foam. He is also a photographer, and filmmaker. Whether photographing river surfing in Germany or driving hours through the desert in search flawless waves, he does so with a relentless passion for documenting life’s fleeting moments. With one foot rooted firmly in traditional notions of image making and the other in the constantly expanding and changing world of new digital media, he aims to create a timeless product. No hype.
