Founder, Black Surfing Association
Community

Tony Corley is the Founder of the Black Surfing Association, an organization he started in 1975. Corley was compelled and focused with the desire to find, meet, and befriend Black surfers around the globe. The BSA has been featured in many surf magazines (and in Ebony Magazine), documentaries, sports issues, ads, and music videos. A coffee-table photo book about the history of the BSA is currently in the works. Corley has a Master's degree in education, retired as a counselor from the CYA, raised four kids with his wife Rosemarie, enjoys traveling, and owns a cabin in Baja.
