The Inertia

Saturday mornings are easily the best morning of the week. You can sleep in, relax, make pancakes, and do whatever you please. That being said, sometimes Saturday mornings are a little too relaxing, and sleeping in can leave you feeling a little sluggish. When you finally (and gloriously) roll out of bed, give this yoga sequence a try. It will boost your energy so you can get going with the rest of your weekend.
