It doesn’t take a second longer to just do your stretch / exercise correctly, and it makes it SO much more effective.

Plus, when you do the simple things well, your results will improve significantly.

Don’t do this… unless of course you want a low back stretch. You aren’t stretching your hammies!

When it comes to common complaints, having “tight hammies” is right up there with having tightness or discomfort in your lower back, or carrying too much belly fat.

But do you really have tight hamstrings in the first place? Your tight muscles may also be too loose, and the perceived tightness is just a group of muscle and fascia that is on stretch, and holding on for dear life.

Do you want to stretch that puppy? Probably not.

I have ‘loosened’ tight muscle relationships just by getting people balanced.

BUT, if you do in fact have tight hammies, and want to do something positive about it, then today is your lucky day, buddy!

Get into it, have fun with it, by the end of this video you too will be able to spot sloppy hammie stretches at your local gym, and be able to sit and scoff with an air of smug superiority.

Until next time, surf fans!
