BERT is short for Bertlemann. I’m an (anonymous) surf street artist that uses the WSL World Championship Tour and other surf related trends as inspiration for my visual surf culture commentary.
“Fin Bitin’ Mick Tyson” is installed in Cardiff, CA in response to Mick Fanning’s shark beat down at South Africa. One of the sketchiest moments in sport history, stoked you came out on top mate! Julian Wilson your bravery is inspiring! Congrats both on an epic contest!
