The Inertia

Ter-ri-fy-ing: 4 syllables and the one word that most adequately describes the dark, ominous blob that pelted Hawaii last week. Fortunately, Take Shelter Productions was there to capture this extraordinary moment in history. Here we see Albee Layer, a Maui local, prepping his gear and getting ready for possibly the biggest and best day of his life at Jaws. As the video illustrates, there was no lack of gigantic monsters and the weather was flawless. Between Albee pulling under the entire Pacific Ocean as it unloads on Peahi and the dark, apocalyptic sound track, your palms might sweat just a bit. Ok, maybe a lot.
