“I think Cloudbreak is the best wave in the world,” Joel Parkinson says. “From two foot to twenty foot, it’s regarded as the best left, I think.” Sure, Pipeline would be up there, but when Pipe is two foot, it’s just not Pipeline. Cloudbreak, on the other hand, doesn’t need to be huge, and Parko thinks that a lot of others would agree. “Eight of the ten best surfers in the world would probably say the same thing across the board.”
