The Inertia

Netflix is slowly approaching monotony. New releases worth watching are quite rare, and all of the best films are not available to stream. (What the hell is that all about? I mean, who the hell watches Orange is the New Black anyway? And four seasons of Arrested Development? Please…) Most of us can agree Narcos was riveting, but we’ll have to wait for what seems like an eternity before we can see more in the second season. Let me save you the trouble of thumbing through the same old boring selections and allow me to recommend a flick that is guaranteed not to disappoint.

The film, entitled Lost in Namibia, features one man’s gallant quest to find one of the world’s most legendary waves while exploring the wild, vast desert and coastline of Namibia. Located in southwest Africa, Namibia is home to lions, rhinos, elephants, snakes, scorpions, and a host of other deadly animals that you normally only see on Animal Planet. And beyond the dry, barren desert, and across the seemingly never-ending sea of sand dunes, exists a wave that is perhaps the longest, most perfect lefthand barrel on the planet. Interestingly enough, most surfers never knew it even existed before a few years ago. So sit back, relax, and enjoy tonight’s entertainment.

Oh, and who could forget this one?
