Elizabeth Shannon Fehr is an avid traveler and writer who loves the water, currently residing in Rhode Island. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and completed her M.A. in International Relations with Honors in the United Kingdom at the University of Nottingham. She has published both fiction and non-fiction, formerly ran the blog Travel Girl Adventures, and recently started Saltwater Quickstart.
