Obdulio Luna was born in Santo Domingo , Dominican Republic. After moving to the north coast of Dominican Republic with his family at age ten, Obdulio developed an interest in music, arts and photography. Falling in love with the ocean and developing a passion for surfing has led him to become one of the finest surf photographers in the Dominican.
