The Inertia

There are streaks, and then there are streaks. Surfing’s Dale Webster of course surfed 14,641 days straight between 1975 and 2015 when a kidney stone operation finally put an end to his streak at 40 years.

Peter Novak, Mark Baer, and Richard Tetzl are pushing a streak of their own. They’ve surfed snow every month of the year for the last 28. And as most of us know, that ain’t always easy in August and September. But these three have made it happen, mostly in the Wasatch. And the streak isn’t always about the skiing. Not by a long shot.

Only the best. We promise.
