Ray Collins is a fantastically talented water photographer. So talented, in fact, that he won our 2014 Portfolio Challenge. In a business saturated with a whole lot of the same kind of images, Collins has dug out a niché and made it his own. A Ray Collins photo, much like a Clark Little photo, is very obviously a Ray Collins photo. And while many chase what Collins and Little are doing, they’re true innovators of water photography.
