Canyoning is one of those fringe sports (even on the so called “extreme” spectrum) that is — at least for us — much better watching than it is doing. And this display of not only impressive athleticism but unconscionable precision is the fringe of the fringe.

We’re not told where this is. However, we know one thing for certain: that is one narrow pool. The jump is called a blind precision jump and we clearly see why.

The canyoner? Warren Verboom of the deap canyoning team, who in his bio states: “I’ve always loved to jump off or over something! Unfortunately I don’t have a cliff-diving or artistic gymnastics background, which definitely would help a lot.”

No “cliff-diving or artistic gymnastics background” and sticking these landings with literally no room for mistakes? We’re not sure if that is raw talent or dumb luck… but whichever it is, we hope it keeps up.
