The Inertia

Danny MacAskill doesn’t do normal. When you’re one of the best and brightest and most innovative street trials cyclists in the world, normal doesn’t do it for you, so you don’t do normal. And this recent solar eclipse was another example of him, again, not doing normal.

With photographer Rutger Pauw in tow, the boys head back to Danny’s homeland on the Isle of Skye in Scotland in an effort to snag a shot that was not only aesthetically beautiful, but needed to be logistically perfect. Would you agree that it is safe to say they succeeded…?

We love how Danny has an undeniable penchant to take us to far-off lands to where we’d never otherwise travel, as he did with the forgotten town of Epecuén in Argentina.
