The Inertia

Crevasses are not to be f***** with. I’ve skied with a harness on plenty of times and for good reason: take an unexpected fall while glacier skiing and you could easily plummet into the depths of the earth without means for friends to rescue your stranded carcass.

Jamie Mullner knows the feeling. This winter the English chap was shredding with friends in the Swiss Alps when this went down (I mean, he went down). Like really, really deep. He estimated 60 feet. And it took a Swiss alpine rescue team to get him out. Luckily, for our entertainment and gawking, he had his GoPro on, capturing some insane footage for us pundits to gleefully comment on. Could have been a lot worse, I suppose. Lucky bastard.
