Move over Michael Jordan. Evan Geiselman just stomped an insanely massive air, with a hangtime so long that it rivals Jordan’s legendary half-court dunk. The clip features Geiselman in Portugal speeding down the line and hitting a ramp, which sends him nearly out of the atmosphere. Massive frontside airs with no spin are a thing of beauty; they’re a welcome change in a world desensitized by a barrage of air reverses. This one resembles Gabs’ monster of a punt a few years back, which also went down in Portugal. Or even classic clips of Bruce Irons come to mind, where he’d huck huge airs with that characteristic reckless abandon. Let’s bring these back, boys.
