As the World Surf League Championship tour works its way into the back half, 19-year-old rookie of the year, Tatiana Weston-Webb has found herself in the middle of a dream. “So far my rookie season has been a dream ride,” she said. “I have had some pretty good results and beaten a few people I look up to. So it’s been amazing.”
The girl from Kauai is heading into the Trestles event next week with a strong grasp of what she needs to do–and more importantly, the talent and confidence to do it.
