Surfing is all about heroes. The progression of the sport is due, in large part, to a pretty small group of people. In this year’s Heritage Series Expression Session at the Hurley Pro at Trestles, Michael Ho, Cheyne Horan, Wayne “Rabbit” Bartholomew, Shaun Tomson and Simon Anderson were pitted against each other for a heat full of those people.
