Mornings can be hard. Some people rely on coffee to kickstart their day, but not everyone. Getting out of bed is the hardest part… actually that’s not true, jumping in 52 degree water is.

A short run, a quick dip in the ocean, and a cup of tea with a bit of meditation is a good alternative to pretty much any other morning routine, though.
