What’s the one thing Mick has had this year besides mad boxing skills? You’d be absolutely right if you answered media attention, but I’m talking about his consistency. He’s had more of it than any other guy on tour and that’s precisely why he’s leading the ranks at the moment.
Luckily for Mick, he and Pipeline have a freakishly fine relationship. (Surely you didn’t forget that buzzer beater to win his third world title). But that’s not to say he shouldn’t be worried. There are several guys on tour that are more than capable of knocking Mick out, creating some serious world title implications. Mick says he’ll accept his fate either way, but he admits his biggest threat to a fourth world title would have to be Gabriel Medina. December 8th couldn’t come any sooner…
