Oscar Moncada, Diego Cadena, Jose Ramirez and all the local crew enjoyed the most perfect swell in early December. The waves in Puerto’s “regular” season officially ended, but now and then the odd swell like this one comes in, with clear blue water and perfect offshore winds. Oscar, Diego and Jose were the highlights of the session.
