Courtney Conlogue had one hell of a year. I think many people thought this was going to be Courtney’s year and that she was going to take it all home. But, after a heartbreaking loss to Coco Ho in Round 4 of the Target Maui Pro, Courtney fell short and Carrissa Moore rightfully earned herself another title (and then showcased some of the best surfing we’ve ever seen at epic Honolua Bay).
Regardless, Courtney went nuts this year, and we tip our hats to her. We’re looking forward to seeing what she brings to the tour next season. Here’s what Billabong had to say:
Congrats to Courtney Conlogue on an incredible year!
After coming off an injury in 2014 and missing several World Tour events Courtney went on to win 3 world tour events and ended the year being 2nd in the World, making this one of the most exciting World Tour races in recent history.
