Shake up your Friday night cocktail order and make this amazing coconut mojito. Instead of your usual gin and tonic, try this sweet, but not syrupy mojito. It’s refreshingly light, and it might even help you hydrate to fend off that hangover tomorrow morning. It’s very similar to a classic mojito, but it goes a little lighter on the sugar, and it throws in a dash of coconut water.
Ingredients
1 bunch of mint leaves
5 tbsp of fresh squeezed lime juice
2 cups ice
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
100 ml white rum
2 cups cold coconut water
Directions
-Add mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar to a pitcher.
-Muddle these ingredients together.
-Add coconut water, rum, and ice.
-Mix together well.
-Add additional sugar to taste (if needed).
-Enjoy!
