Thanks Red Bull. Once again, you’ve just given us something we didn’t know we needed: Urban snowmobiling. Maybe we still don’t but that’s never stopped the world’s most powerful energy drink: urban snowboarding, skiing, and now, sled heads unite to shred city streets, much like a motorbike on Teahupoo ( hey, we didn’t know we needed Tahitian closeouts on motocross bikes either).
Kidding aside, Levi LaVallee looks pretty natural shredding St. Paul, Minn. And it was surely a pleasure like no other for the Minnesota native to tear apart the streets he haunted in his youth. And controlling one of those machines is not easy (we’ve gotten more than a few stuck just accessing the backcountry goods via trail). But LaVallee definitely makes the sport look good, going urban with his imagination while pressing the throttle firmly forward.
