The Inertia

If you’ve never been to Crested Butte, Colorado, do yourself a favor. Mountain biking? Some say it was invented here. Kayaking? The aptly named “Oh Be Joyful” Creek just out of town helped ignite the steep creeping era in the 1990’s. And then there’s the now, the skiing and snowboarding. Mount Crested Butte is a center for steep skiing and riding, hence the moniker, “Colorado’s Last Great Ski Town.”

In case you need a quick tour, Drew Petersen, a Crested Butte local, takes us on a sight-seeing journey of the mountain’s every crack and crevice, huck and natural hit. Let us know if you see your line in there.
