Ingredients
Smoothie
-1 banana
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1 tablespoon cacao powder
-1 cup almond milk
-1 scoop protein powder of choice
-1 date, pitted, or 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for sweetness (optional)
Toppings
-fresh blueberries
-chia seeds
-cacao nibs
-bee pollen
Instructions
-Combine smoothie ingredients with a blender or food processor.
-Pour into bowl or jar.
-Add toppings and enjoy!
