As psychotherapist Amy Morin explains in this video, there are 3 beliefs that erode our mental strength:

-Unhealthy beliefs about yourself.

-Unhealthy beliefs about others.

-Unhealthy beliefs about the world.

While we can’t always change what happens to us, we can change how we respond. Unfortunately, the bad habits listed above prevent us from responding in healthy ways that allow us to heal and grow from whatever life throws at us.
