To many, Marco Giorgi is the best surfer ever to come from Uruguay. In fact, you’d be surprised to learn that the Uruguayan sits at an impressive 12th place on the WQS. Marco was born in Rocha, Uruguay, but moved to Garopaba, Brazil at the age of 12. There he forged a career that rightfully puts him among the best surfers in the world.
