Now I’ve seen some beautiful parfaits, but this one absolutely takes the cake. It has chocolate, coconut, and cherries…three of the best things in the world. Plus, it has muesli to keep you full and edible flowers to make you smile. All I have to say is that Healthy Eating Jo is a genius. She included the recipe in her comments section of this post, which I’ve copied below.
Ingredients
Base
-1 frozen chopped banana
-1/4 cup @blendsmoothies SuperChoc Smoothie Mix
-1/4 cup coconut water @naturalrawc (more to consistency)
-Handful of ice
-Blend until smooth
Other layers
– Coconut yogurt mixed with natural sweetener of choice
– 1/3 cup fresh or frozen cherries
– 50g Muesli @themueslisugarfree
– Chocolate Coated Cherry @squarebars
Add to glass in alternating layers of choice.
