The Inertia

Sugar has been taking a lot of heat lately. Not only is processed sugar found in just about everything that isn’t picked from off a tree, but it’s worse for you than previously believed. Although we’d all like to cut sugar from our diets, it can be harder than you’d think. For one, the stuff is super addictive, and the more you eat, the more you want it. For another, it takes a lot of effort to find foods that don’t contain ridiculous amounts of sugar. Despite these obstacles, Lucie at Refinery29 gave it a shot, and she cut out sugar for 5 whole days. See how she felt during and after as well as what she learned during the process.
