Seeing Greg Long out of his big wave element is a dream day alone. Long, with snowboarder Jeremy Jones, ski mountaineer Hilaree O’Neill and mountain biker Matt Hunter take advantage of California’s incredible topography, starting with a backcountry skiing and snowboarding trip on Donner Summit, followed by rock climbing, mountain biking and an evening surf. Seriously, a dream day. And Long holds his own in sports like rock climbing and mountain biking that he’s never done. O’Neill catches a couple of waves and Jones, being the athlete that he is is actually pretty good at all of em. And Hunter just charges. But that’s the name of the game when you’re going for a multi-sport day, let alone a quadruple sport day.
