A three day weekend is no joke. In your mind, you always imagine that the weekend will be relaxing, but in reality, long weekends can end up being pretty hectic. Before the weekend gets going full throttle, try to sneak in a quick yoga practice. This 22 minute flow doesn’t take up too much of your day, but it will help your body decompress from the work week and balance out the weekend of fun ahead. Give it a go, and be sure to use proper form to prevent injury.
