Sharks can be very scary. They have, after all, spent a few million years evolving to be nature’s perfect predator, and no one likes to be prey. For the most part, though, humans like to go on the offensive when we feel threatened, and since we’re way smarter than sharks and have thumbs, sharks are getting totally screwed. But every now and then, something happens that makes a person realize that not all sharks are great whites intent on sinking your boat and eating everyone on Amity Island. Some of them just want to be loved, like Blondie, the 200 pound lemon shark who has become so comfortable with her diver friend that she’s like a big, wet, hairless dog.
