Who knew you could accomplish so much in just 7 minutes? This workout is designed to challenge all major muscle groups with just a few key moves. It’s a perfect routine to squeeze in before work, or when you feel like adding a little strength training to the end of your beach run. It definitely isn’t the only workout you should be doing, but it’s a darn good one to fall back on when you’d otherwise skip your exercise time altogether.
