I wanted to post this to you before it hits Craigslist. An acquaintance of mine (you might know him, too) is moving out of his beachfront bungalow in Malibu. At just 1,700-square-feet, it’s not titanic, but it’s a 10-minute walk from First Point — only a mile-and-half. You’ve probably parked that far away from the pier on busy days, anyway. You can think of this as a permanent parking spot, but one where you can live that has its own shower (actually two), three bedrooms, wood floors, and was “meticulously remodeled” by someone with decent taste.
It’s a touch on the pricey side, but with this location you’ll be the first one in the lineup! Plus, several Victoria’s Secret models, at least one rap star, and countless other supermodels and mega-babes have had their wildest nights in this very house. Maybe they’ll get toasted at nearby Nobu and drunkenly ring your doorbell in the wee hours. That alone would be worth it.
Bonus: The house is stumbling distance to a liquor store, McDonald’s and KFC.
You don’t need to be a wolf of Wall Street to live here. It’s only $54,789 — a month. But, like, property tax is $11,000 of that, so, the rent is actually way lower.
