Looking for an alternative to processed pancake mix in the morning? This recipe is a great way to get your servings of protein and fruit. The recipe is simple.
What you will need:
1 banana
2 eggs
1 TBS vanilla extract
Sea salt
Olive oil
Honey
*Serves 1
Instructions:
1. Mash up the banana and whip the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add in vanilla
3. Preheat the skillet with olive oil
4. Throw the mixture into the heated skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked in the middle
5. Sprinkle sea salt and honey on top to serve
To spice it up during the holiday season, add a drop of @doterra cinnamon oil into the batter.
