Like oil and water (well, maybe not that different) Jack Lynch and Shaun Manners have two wildly different approaches to surfing J-Bay. Up-and-comer Shaun Manners is explosive – replicating what you might see guys double his age doing during the ‘CT’s annual stop. Jack Lynch, on the other hand, is the guy high-lining on a mid-length, then straight leg bottom turning his way to the next section. What’s most refreshing about this clip, though, is seeing the two back-to-back. A super technical wrap here. A quick shuffle cheater’s-five pull-in there. There’s probably a lesson in there about no right way to ride a wave at the world’s best right pointbreak.
