Remember a few weeks ago when that dickhead caught a shark then dragged it behind his boat? Well, here’s another boat full of dickheads that’s bound to gather just as much attention as the first one.
In the video above, a man pulls a line-caught hammerhead out of the water, then plugs it twice in the gills with a tiny handgun. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, hammerheads are prohibited from harvest in state waters. The video was shot off Siesta Key in Florida, near Sarasota. It’s a little murky, though, because sharks can be shot in federal waters. There’s no law against laughing while you do it, but it sure does shine a light on just how much of a dickhead this guy is.
“If you are going to kill a shark, you shoot it in the head,” South Florida animal activist Russ Rector told the Miami Herald. “He fired shots into the gill, causing the shark to bleed out and suffocate.”
