Thank god for Brett Barley. North Carolina’s resident tube hunter went on a tear during one of the best fall/winters the East Coast has seen in some time. And, lucky for us Brett’s the kind of guy that’s always interested in demonstrating to the rest of us how he navigates throaty tubes. Here’s what Brett had to say about the video above:
“This was Day 2 of the Winter Storm Grayson swell. The water was in the mid-40s, but the wind chill in the air was 5 degrees! I’ve never seen Ice formed on the jetty like that, while there was surf, nor have I had ice form on my hood.
“The waves were gorgeous this day, and although I had my EV compensation a little too low on my GoPro, I felt it was time for another GoPro edit since it’d been a while.”
