There’s a certain beauty to throwing oneself over the ledge, hoping with all hope that everything works out. For Jamie O’Brien and Mark Healey, it’s something they’ve been doing together since they were 12 years old – trying to get barreled where no one else is looking to get barreled. And sometimes it hurts. “I’m pretty sure I need a new spine after that session,” Healey says. “I feel so thrashed.” All in a days work when you get paid to send it.
