Take a break from watching the Wedge for a minute. I know, it’s nuts. People are getting barreled, they’re geting airs, they’re getting pummeled. Koa Rothman called it the biggest Wedge ever (YouTuber-speak for above average). But hold on for just a second – because we’re still not done with all the footage from the last swell.
A little less than a week after Rothman posted his own vlog of the south swell that turned Ala Moana bowls into a veritable tube-fest, Zeke Lau is throwing his hat in the ring. In his own vlog entry, the Honolulu native, Ultimate Surfer contestant, and all-around waterman catalogues several days taking on the swell – with regular breaks for food, monologues to camera and parenting, of course.
