A quick second day of the 2013 Hurley Pro Trestles was over and done with by lunchtime. The second round finished up in two-to-four-foot surf with the falling tide not doing the surfers any favors. The US Open champ Alejo Muniz took out one of the event’s favorites, John John Florence, as Fred Patacchia racked up two of the three highest wave scores of the day.
