Jeff Rowley is a big wave charger from Victoria, Australia, who’s best known for paddle-surfing massive Jaws and Cloudbreak. In a similarly frightening vein, Jeff grew up surfing the cold, sharky, isolated and massive reefs on the west coast of Victoria.
