Every once in a while (a very rare while), SoCal heaves. Such was the case in an insane early start to March, when the stars aligned and the swell pumped. Derek Peters, Chris Waring and Rudy Palmboom packed in as many bombing wedges as they could and everyone else inhaled sharply.
