Paddling out at Puerto Escondido isn’t always a situation where tomorrow is an uncertainty. Well, perhaps tomorrow is always an uncertainty, but you catch our drift—Puerto isn’t always gigantic and heaving. Exhibit A: Nate Zoller before and after the day Mark Healey scrapped into arguably the biggest wave ever paddled. While Nate did have his fair share of monstrous behemoths, he got tubed off his head at few managable-sized beach breaks in the area.
